Marianna is a married mother of two teenage boys. After her son was diagnosed with ASD in 2005 Marianna decided to change her career from a Medical Laboratory Technologist to a BCBA. Along the way she specialized in Early Childhood Development working with children diagnosed with a variety of special needs. Marianna also concentrated working with children on the Autism Spectrum and training guardians to help their children achieve their goals and improve quality of life. Throughout her life Marianna has lived in NY, NJ, Argentina, and is now residing in Tucson for 11 years. Some of her hobbies are camping, hiking and reading. Family is a very important component in her life and she loves spending time with them. Marianna is fluent in Spanish.

Kim is a Registered Behavior Technician that has been working in the field for 6 years with adults and children of all ages. Learning, teaching and having fun are big priorities in her life. Her background includes teaching art at a nonprofit, baking, managing group homes and being a Spanish interpreter. She
recently moved to Tucson from North Carolina because the desert has always been a big part of her life growing up. Kim enjoys art in all forms, camping, taking road trips, and bike riding around Tucson.
Meira is a Registered Behavior Technician that has been working in the field for a 3 years with children ages 4 to 17. Her background includes working with children on daily living skills, behavioral issues, and social skills as well as in residential facilities. Her hobbies include cooking, doing home-improvement projects, and spending time with her two cats. Meira is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Behavioral Health Sciences at Grand Canyon University.
Aidan Esposito has been working as a Behavioral Technician for over 2 years and really enjoys his work. Aidan has worked with kids ranging from ages 6-14 in a classroom setting in programs inside his own school. He grew up with a sibling diagnosed with ASD and his mother working in the ABA field. Every child is different and unique in their own way and Aidan’s goal is to better understand them and help them to his best ability. Aidan is currently enrolled at the University of Arizona to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
