How Did We Get Here?
DevelopMeant started in Tucson in 2021, yet the vision has been there since Marianna, the owner and assigned BCBA at DevelopMeant, learned about her son’s diagnosis of ASD in 2005. After many years working as a Developmental Specialist in New Jersey, an RBT in Arizona, and eventually becoming a BCBA. Marianna wanted to open her own center, DevelopMeant, with high-quality services, support, and a naturalistic teaching environment in mind.
After being open at the first clinic for two years, a transition to a bigger space was needed. This led to where DevelopMeant is currently situated, for the past 3 years, and now 5 total years of achievements and fun with our kids! Over the years, Marianna has grown the DevelopMeant family, with many loyal employees, a second BCBA, as well as her younger son, who started with her at the beginning, later bringing on her older son and husband to help further grow the company.
- What's Going on Now? -
DevelopMeant takes pride in putting your child’s needs first, as each of our children's programs is made based on individualized developmental needs, and focuses on building strong foundational skills. We currently are continuing our services with our LITTLEs and BIGs group. As well as other opportunities/events, such as social nights, where we invite our clients and others in the community to join us for fun and practice social skills!
Plans for the Future!
DevelopMeant hopes to not only continue providing the best quality of service, yet also plan on opening a wrap around center. This center will allow us to support and provide help to children, covering all areas of concern and developmental delays.
