Lyane Villicana is a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 2 years with over 8 years of experience serving children with special needs. She specializes in supporting children with autism and has provided individualized services in diverse environments, including therapy centers, schools, and in-home settings.

Lyanne is passionate about fostering positive behavioral growth and helping children develop essential life and social skills. Known for her compassionate and engaging approach, she tailors evidence-based strategies to meet the unique needs of each child and family. Lyanne's commitment to collaboration with parents, teachers, and therapists ensures a well-rounded support system that promotes long-term success for her clients.

 Marissa is a Registered Behavior Technician and has been working with children for over two years.  It’s always been a dream and a big passion for Marissa to work with kids who have ASD. Growing up she was very close with a cousin who was on the spectrum and knew that she wanted to one day make a difference in people's lives. Marissa started working as a respite, and habilitation provider. Marissa has been apart of the DevelopMeant team and providing ABA services for 1 year and absolutely loves it, she loves the family dynamic and enjoys working with the kids.  

 Darius “Derry” Montana is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at DevelopMeant Therapy Center, with less than 1 year of experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. However, Derry has a diverse background in behavioral health and with a passion for helping clients reach their full potential, Derry works closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). At DevelopMeant Therapy Center, Derry is committed to fostering positive behavioral changes and providing compassionate, client-centered care. When I am not working with clients, I am an avid reader with a keen interest in furthering my knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I enjoy writing short stories, exploring the creative realms of imagination. I’m also a dedicated fan of Star Trek and all things sci-fi, which fuels my curiosity and passion for the unknown. Additionally, I set time aside for the gym to help me maintain my mental and physical health, along with experimenting with cooking new foods. My diverse interests and commitment to continuous learning make me a well-rounded individual, ready to bring creativity and analytical thinking to any professional setting. 

I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over five years of experience as a caregiver for children of various ages. My background in caregiving has equipped me with a strong foundation in understanding and supporting each child’s unique needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my three beloved dogs, who keep me active and brings me endless joy. I love travelling with my fiancé, exploring new places and cultures whenever we can. In my free time I enjoy baking delicious treats or working in my garden. 

  Hi, my name is Christian. I’m a Registered Behavioral Technician at DevelopMeant Therapy Center. I also study Psychology at the University of Arizona. During my free time I enjoy playing video games and watching anime.

Yazmin Uriarte is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), recently certified and passionate about helping children with autism thrive. With nearly a year of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a center-based setting, Yazmin has worked closely with children and their families to foster skill development and promote positive behaviors.

Yazmin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, equipping her with a strong foundation in human behavior and mental health. Her approach emphasizes patience, empathy, and individualized care, ensuring that each child feels supported and empowered to reach their full potential. Yazmin is committed to ongoing professional growth and is excited to continue making a positive impact in the lives of children and families she serves.

 Angela is a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with a diverse background in healthcare and education. Before transitioning to ABA,she worked as a medical assistant and a dental assistant, where she gained valuable experience in patient care and communication.Her journey led her to into pursuing speech pathology assistant at Northern Arizona University, further igniting her passion for supporting children with developmental challenges. With over two years of experience as an RBT, Angela thrives in creating positive learning environments for children. Outside of work, Angela cherishes time spent with family, enjoying board games and trying new foods. 

  Harli Brooklyn is a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at DevelopMeant Therapy Center, with 4 years of hands-on experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and others with developmental challenges. Harli is deeply committed to helping clients reach their fullest potential and works closely with BCBAs to implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans based on ABA. Skilled in conducting behavior assessments, collecting data, and providing direct therapy, Harli focuses on enhancing communication, social skills, and overall independence in a positive and client-centered way. At DevelopMeant Therapy Center, Harli is dedicated to making a meaningful impact by supporting lasting behavioral change. Outside of work, Harli enjoys traveling, baking, and working out. These passions help Harli stay balanced and energized, offering a fresh perspective in her work while fostering both personal and professional growth. 

Maria Lopez Ramos is a dedicated Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with several years of experience supporting children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Recently joining our team, Maria has a proven track record of creating individualized interventions that foster growth and independence for the children and families she serves.

Before her role as an RBT, Maria worked as a paraprofessional teacher at a specialized autism school, where she honed her skills in classroom support, behavior management, and personalized education strategies. Her experience in both center-based ABA and educational environments has given her a well-rounded perspective on how to support children with diverse needs.

Maria’s passion for helping children with autism thrive is evident in her compassionate approach and commitment to fostering progress in every interaction. She continues to pursue opportunities for professional development, ensuring her methods are evidence-based and effective.
